REMWAVE Virtual Machines
There were a few major reasons behind creating the Virtual Machines:
- While we strive to make it as painless as possible to install the ITSP solution, with the wide range of hardware and software out there, many people experienced problems. The problem could be as simple as a missing service pack, misconfigured firewall, incorrect install procedure, etc.
- Proper System Settings can be vital to a successful or disastrous ITSP install
- Illustrate how system components can be divided between multiple systems
After downloading Virtual Machine images, you must accept the Microsoft EULA (since these images contain 30 Day Trial Version of Window's 2003 Server). After which, you should read the Readme files contained within both images. The reason, is this Read Me gives you some specific setup instructions (which are very simple, but must be followed), and passwords to login to the Virtual Machine Window's Servers.
Virtual Machine 1
VM 1 Provides all basic features needed to call from VoIP to PSTN, PC to PC.
Virtual Machine 2
VM 2 Adds IVR into the system, as well as hosting the Customer Care websites, and other Web Services.
