- VoIP Customer Features
- SIP based PC to PC, PSTN to PC, PC to PSTN calling
- Users Can sign up for intra network 99 numbers (the number will be translated to a user name when dialed)
- Voice Mail Box / Forwarding
- Customers can view billing records (their own Call Detail records)
- Customers can create multiple account names under the same main user account
- Speed dial - dial only 3 digit numbers and have them translated to your favorite destinations
- Dial Plans - Customers can determine how they want to dial
- Interactive Voice Response (IVR): Auto Attendant, Calling Card, Voice Mail, Call Back
- Clock rate adjustable (all the way down to 1 second billing)
- Minute Packages for customers
- Minutes - Receive minutes and specific destinations (1 month expiration)
- Prepaid - Purchase prepaid minutes with special rates for specific destinations (1 month expiration)
- Flat - Pay a flat rate for one or more destinations (can be set to expire)
PC to PC (intra network calling) is not billed or stored in Call Detail Records
