Customer Self Provisioning Area (CSPA)
The Customer Area (Example) included with the ITSP solution is an area for customers to sign up, adjust preferences, and view call records. However, CSPA is really outside the scope of the Remwave ITSP solution. The majority of the actions needed to create a CSPA is specific to each VoIP networks Web Hosting Technology (i.e. Apache, IIS, PHP, ASP, etc), Web Style (logo's, layout, languages, etc). However, REMWAVE provides an API, API documentation, and some examples for how to integrate with REMWAVE Service Interface (RSI).
