The REMWAVE Customer Care (also referred to as Remwave Management Suite or Web RMS), is the control center for the whole VoIP operation. There are some other control areas for specialized services, but the majority of day-to-day operations are spent in the Customer Care web site.

Also worth noting, the management console is constantly being improved based on customer feedback and suggestions, so if there is anything not fully documented, needing improvement, or otherwise not quite perfected, feel free to offer suggestions and/or complaints.
