REMWAVE Call Shop Setup / Management
Before you can setup or manage a call shop, you must know what it is. Basically, a Call Shop is exactly that: a location (like a cafe), where you would sell minutes to clients to make Internation (or local) calls for cheap. Although, Call Shops can be setup in more exotic locations (for example, hotels) and not fall into that typical definition.
This is an example Screen of the callShop manager screen. 4 booths are setup with the name Kabine 1, Kabine 2, Kabine 3, Kabine 4 and an operator are setup with the name Demo Operator.

Dial Plan |
If the dial plan is not used or set to disable then ALL calls have to be dialled in this format: Country Code + National Code + Local Number |
International prefix |
International Prefix (IDD -International Direct Dialling) is needed to dial a call FROM the country you are living TO another country. This is followed by the country code for the country you are calling. The IDD situation in some countries may be different, depending on the long-distance carrier you are using. In the USA the IDD prefix is 011 and in many European countries it is 00. |
Country code |
Country Code is the national prefix to be used when dialling TO that particular country FROM another country. In most cases you will also need to dial a city or area code. In example the country code for the USA is 1 and for Germany it is 49. |
National Prefix |
National Prefix (NDD - National Direct Dialling) The NDD prefix is the access code used to make a call WITHIN that country from one city to another (when calling another city in the same vicinity, this may not be necessary). The NDD is followed by the city/area code for the place you are calling. Phone numbers are often written in this format: 49-(0)40-4142 950. This expresses the numbers used for both international and national long-distance calls. In the example, 49 indicate the country code for Germany, while (0) indicates the NDD. When dialling from outside the country, the NDD would not be used after dialling the country code; when dialling from within that country, the NDD would be used, but the country code would not. |
City / area code |
City/Area Codes are used to make a call TO a City or area. If you enter a city/area code in your Dial Plan, you may start local calls in your area without any prefix. |

Operator Interface
Once you have clicked on Open Day you have an active operator session and can start the business. The cashier amount is based on the amount the manager credited to the cash point.
Every operating day should start with an operator who opens a session for the day and should end with an operator who closes the day. Following that circle ensures that you have a healthy system and that the cash point status is always correct.
